I grant RCTC permission to use this information, understanding that this information will only be used for purposes of registration and, if accepted, participation in River City Theatre Company's Musical Theater Workshop. After completing your application forms you will be directed to PayPal for payment of fees, as follows:

1 cast member in family = $300
2 sibling cast members in family = $500
3 or more sibling cast members in family = $650

If you do not pay at this time, your application will be discarded. Should you decide to register at a later date, it will be necessary for you to complete the application forms again.

NOTE: Registration is closed. A $100 late registration charge will be added to your fees.

Please be prepared to provide emergency medical contact and health insurance information for your child before continuing, so that you will be able to complete the application process.

If you have been given a registration code, you will be given an opportunity to apply it to your registration on the registration summary page before proceding to PayPal.
